About Us
ArchiNord is an Izmir-based, multi-tenant SaaS platform built exclusively for the construction and real estate industry. It unites CRM, field management, interactive 3D presentations, supplier management, ERP, and access security modules under one roof. The platform actively manages the digital infrastructure for over 4,500 residential units, including prominent projects such as Megapol (688 units), La Bonita (335 units), and Katal İnşaat (3,500+ units in preparation).
The ArchiNord Platform integrates interactive presentations, visualization, and data-driven decision support methodologies in alignment with the genuine requirements of real estate projects. The primary objective is not merely to make projects look more visually appealing, but to ensure they are managed more accurately, progress with sounder decisions, and scale sustainably.
Our Story
The story of ArchiNord began nearly 20 years ago, rooted in family contracting experience. Throughout this period, we had the opportunity to take an active role not just on one side of the construction industry, but directly on the field, in sales offices, and at the management table. Thanks to our contracting experience, architectural education, and extensive involvement in large-scale residential projects, we have experienced firsthand every phase of the real estate sector—from production to sales, and from marketing to executive management.
These processes—ranging from the daily operations of sales offices and marketing strategies to digital advertising management and the operational tracking of sales teams—clearly revealed a fundamental reality of the industry: the core issue did not lie within individual departments, but rather in the inability to manage these processes holistically.
Driven by this realization, we consolidated all the knowledge and experience we gained over the years to establish ArchiNord.
