ArchiNord is actively utilized across construction projects of varying scales. In this post, we share how the platform has been implemented in three distinct projects and the results it has produced.
Megapol — 688 Units
Megapol represents the most comprehensive application area for ArchiNord. In this İzmir-based project, the platform is actively used across all sales, field, and management processes.
- Presentation Module: Allows customers to experience the project interactively.
- CRM Module: Records all customer interactions for the sales team.
- Construction Site Module: Managed over 17,000 deficiency and work records in Block C2 through the system. This project serves as a benchmark where ArchiNord's multi-module integration has been tested at a full scale.
La Bonita — 335 Units
La Bonita is a residential project located in İzmir. Here, ArchiNord is actively utilized with its presentation and sales modules. The interactive 3D presentation has been placed at the heart of the customer experience within the sales office. The La Bonita project stands as a prime example of how ArchiNord can be deployed quickly and effectively in medium-scale projects.
Katal İnşaat — 3,500+ Units (In Preparation)
Katal İnşaat’s large-scale project in Menemen consists of 11 stages, 14 blocks, and approximately 2,500 units. ArchiNord is currently preparing a digital infrastructure with a capacity of over 3,500 units for this project. This will be the largest application area to test the scalability of the ArchiNord platform. Our multi-tenant architecture allows multiple firms to use the same platform independently even at this massive scale.
A Total of 4,500+ Units
When evaluating these three projects together, ArchiNord is either currently managing or preparing to manage the digital infrastructure for more than 4,500 residential units. This volume demonstrates that the platform operates flexibly and reliably across a spectrum ranging from 335 units to over 3,500 units.
